Arts In The Park - Artist Residency In The Aquatic Gardens D.C.

What's more fun than making a plaster mask, in the fresh air? In this workshop students use plaster strips to create a mask that can  take the form and feature of the student. Plaster casts of the face and the arm/hand are dried and then painted. Designs are sketched out while the plaster dries.
